New Shuttle Kiln for Sanitary-ware

Ceramic district of Civita Castellana (Italy), Pagnotta Termomeccanica presents the new shuttle intermittent kiln SINGLE-DECK with 9+9 shuttle cars for firing and refiring of high quality ceramic sanitary-ware. The combustion system is made by Kromschröder burners and stainless steel piping with particular attention to the consumption reduction, energy recovery and low environmental impact. A note of relief goes to the control panel HMI touch screen of SIEMENS, developed with a new software complete of operator interface “easy-user”, synoptic, remote control via smart-phone, PC, tablet and teleservice.
