New shuttle intermittent kiln for ceramic industry

The technical team of Pagnotta Termomeccanica has just installed and successfully start-up a new shuttle intermittent kiln in Russia. 

The new shuttle kiln is designed for ceramic firings up to 1300°C with refractory kiln furniture for two loading decks. 

Furnace main technical specification:

  • kiln design: shuttle intermittent kiln (3+3 cars)
  • Max temperature: 1300°C
  • Combustion system: jet burners Kromschröder
  • Energy efficiency: heat recovery system
  • Draft: reverese flame
  • Control system: touch screen HMI SIEMENS SIMATIC and PLC S7 + remote control
  • Industry 4.0 ready
